Conrad Klemme, residing in the Town Sheboygan Falls, died at 11 p.m. last week Thursday at his home. He had been ailing for the past several years. On the day of his death he had been around the house, but toward evening his condition became grave. Death was due to a hemmorage of the longs.
He was born in Germany and attained the age of sevety-seven years. In 1869, he was married and settled on a farm in Town Sheboygan Falls which had since been his home. His wife preceded him in death sixteen years ago and since then he had made his home with his son, Guido, and family, who have conducted the farm for some time.
The survivors are ten children: Mrs. Henry Wessel, of Herman, Mrs. H. Schunette, Portland, Oregon, Mrs. Robert Gaffron, Plymouth, Mrs. August Streblow, Town Plymouth; Carl Klemme, of Herman; Theodore Klemme, Iowa; Agust and Otto Klemme, Kiel; Anto Klemme, Kenosha; and Guido Klemme, Sheboygan Falls. Theirty five grandchildren and one great grandchild also survive.
The funeral was held at 1:30 p.m. Monday. Rev. Vriesen conducting the service. Burial was made in the Johnsonville cemetery.

-----------GREENWOOD - Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Zion United Church of Christ for Mrs. Alfred(Ella) Schwarze, 70 Greenwood, Clark County, who died early Friday Mar. 27, 1970 at St. Joseph's Hospital at Marshfield, where she was admitted March 21.

The Rev. David Logue, pastor, will officiate and burial will be made in the Greenwood cemetery. Friends may call at the Hill Funeral Home, beginning Sunday afternoon until 11 a.m. Monday, and then at the church.

A lifelong resident of the Greenwood area, the former Ella H. Wessel was born in the town of Longwood June 19, 1899. She was married ther May 14, 1919, to Alfred J. Schwarze, who preceded her in death Jan. 19, 1964.

After their marriage the couple farmed at Greenwood until 1948, when they retired and moved into the city of Greenwood. She was a member of Zion United Church of Christ.

Survivors include a son, Elroy Schwarze, Arpin a daughter, Mrs. Irwin(Irma) Kessler, Waukesha five grandchildren two brother, Albert and Adolph Wessel, both of Greenwood and Lydia Tieman, also of Greenwood.

She was also precede in death by two brothers, Theodore and Walter Wessel.

Greenwood - Funeral services were conducted June 21 at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Schwarze for the latter's brother, Walter Wessel, 39, who died June 18 at Neenah.

The Rev. E.G. Pfeiffer officiated at the servie at Salem Reformed Church, Braun Settlement. Interment was made in the Braun Settlement cemetery. Pall bearers were Henry Horn, John Seibold, Paul Damerow, Albert Franz, George Stark, and William Miller.

Mr. Wessel, son of the late Adolph and Anna (Auebach) Wessel was born in the Town of Mead, Clark County, Jan. 12, 1901, and was married in the Town of Worden July 18, 1927, to Margaret Frimak, who survives with one son, Elroy, three brothers, and two sisters.

Mr. Wessel was confirmed by the Rev. O. Saewert April 21, 1916. For a number of years he operated a cheese factory near Stanley, and the last nine years were spent farming near Neenah.

His mother died June 8, 1917, and his father, Oct. 12, 1939. Two children also preceded him in death.
Note: Directions to Cemetery: Take County Hwy G west of Greenwood (3 miles), Turn right on County Hwy O and go north (5 miles), Turn right on Stark Drive and go east (1 mile), Turn right and go south 2/10 mile to cemetery - on right side (West) of road.

Age 77, formerly of Neenah, died Friday morning at Pleasant Acres following a lengthy illness.

Born July 16, 1909 in Thorp, WI, she was married to Walter Wessel in Stanley, WI, July 12, 1927. Mrs. Hart and her husband had a farm between Menasha and Appleton for many years. After his death, she made her home in Neenah. She was married to Frederick Hart who preceded her in death, Nov. 6, 1968. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law Elroy and Yasuko Wessel, Hawaii; two brothers, Adolph C. Frinak of Stanley and John Frinak of Colby. She is also survived by a granddaughter, Mie and two great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 3 p.m. Monday at the Shrine of Heaven Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Wesley Falk officiating.

Burial will be in Green Lawn Memorial Park. There will be no visitation. A memorial has been established for the Alzheimer's
Research Association. Westgor Funeral Home assisted family with the arrangements

Alice knew Albert Wessel. She was fishing off of a bridge and Albert was waiting for the threshing machine. She caught a fish and pulled so hard the fish flew up, hit Albert and the line wrapped around Albert's head.

Albert Frederick Wessel, 89, Thorp, Clark County, died Tuesday, Jan 24, 1995, at Oak Brook Manor, Thorp. A memorial service was held at Grace United Methodist Church, Greenwood, on Monday, Jan 30, 1995, at 11 a.m. Rev. Jenny Schroeder officiated.
Albert Frederick Wessel was born on Au. 2, 1905, in the Town of Mead, to Adolph and Anna (nee Auerbach) Wessel. He received his education at the Braun Settlement School. He married Mary Kutzler on Nov 17, 2929, in Waukegan, Ill. She survives. He bought the family farm from his father in 1926 and farmed until 1986. He entered the nursing home in Oct. 1990 and resided there until his death. He had been a supervisor for the Town of Mead at one time. He enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include his wife, one daughter, Mary Jean (Lowell) Rolstad, St. Peter, Minn., four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one daughter, Dolores Laundy, his parents, two sisters and three brothers.
Rinka Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangement.

Funeral Services for Mrs. Ursula Kutzler, 91, of Route 2 Greenwood, Clark County, were conducted a 11 a.m., Tuesday, June 27 at Holy Famly Catholic Church, Willard. Mrs. Kutzler passsed away at 12:15 a.m., Saturday, June 24 at her home. Officiating was Rev. Robert B. Houston, pastor of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Greenwood. Interment was in the parish cemetery.

Ursula Predelic was born on June 17, 1886 in Rikisna, Slovenia and came to this country at age 19. She worked in Pittsburgh before going to Waukegan, ILL., where she marred John Kutzler on Oct 17, 1907. They moved to a farm west of Greenwood, Clark County in 1915 where she had resided since. She was a member of KSKJ Lodge. She is survived by six daughters, Mrs. Joseph (Jennie) Potocky of Waukegan, Mrs. Albert (Mary) Wessel and Mrs. Elmer Kuester, bothe of Greenwood, Mrs. Robert (Anne) Terchek of Waukegan, Mrs. Molly Snyder of Houston and Miss Sophie (Sue) Kutzler of Chigago, 11 grandchildren, 16 great trand children and three great-great-grandchildren. Serving as pallbearers were Norman Liebzeit, Harry Liebzeit, Art Kolstad, Tony Gosar, Stanley Volosek and Frank Parkel. Rinka Funeral Home, Greenwood, was in charge of arrangements. Preceding her in deaht were her husband in 1959, two sons, four grandchildren and two brothers.
